Mamelodi Maruaan- A MagIc..
How do people perceive their environment? Does perception have an influence on your health? Is it possible that your perception can cause your death?
Well….if you do know… please let me know…
Anyway.. Maruana Majeeek…
If you are famous and you have the privilege to know the famous owners of the famous taxi companies…then you will notice that South African taxi owners are the proud inventors of not the “not so well known” portable BOOM boxes , but mobile booOOom bOOoxes. “BOOM – BOOM”
Taxis are now magnificent state of the art, only for the VIP VIPs , serving as clubs on wheels. Are you going clubbing tonight? No taxing….Where? At the beach and then to dA waterfronts…parking.. level 3..close to the entrance of the movies.
One of the most famous taxis that was and that will still be around , from my young days, and also from Mamelodi, is called Mamelodi Maruaanaaa – AYYYYY – mAA-geeeeeeee. K.
“The taxis in Durban and Cape Town seems that they are much more rigged and equipped than the Johannesburg and greater Gauteng taxis. ” The Gauteng Taxis are better drivers though. Its a proven fact.
The only reason why I was offered the honor to meet the owner of Maruaaan AYYYY Magic..sorry rephrase MAAAAAA GEEEeeeee K. was not because of the boom…sorry ” BOOOOOOOOOM!!!!…Or exhaust ba DOEF BOOOOM……but because my grandad had a well know taxi spares shop. The name was meneer Van Jaarsveldt’s Tac Seaaaaaa Parte- dan Part 1 dan 2 Part 3 Winkel / shop.
The motto:
“you see me once…you see me no more …how? ”
And Sipho….wait I want to rephrase and pronounce every word in the correct manner: Ceaaaaaaa eeeH. P- “O” ooo…the owner of Maruaaana MAAAAAA JIX….With him that wasn’t the case unfortunately because of a case 2 many.
.My grandfather was a well dressed farmer and could speak KooooO za aa aaa…klo h zaaaa…sorry koooo ” O ” ooo zaa a a well. It astounded me the way my grandfather could pronounce Zulu and Xhosa names and words. For example the name Sipho..is spelled wrong ….actually. It’s a fact.. According to my grandfather’s manner of pronouncing these words or names was not how they are spelled, and I also one day realised it was a wrong reflection of all the African languages. Spelled by Westerners , talked by Africans. I however now realised it and my wat reflects the true core of the African languagezzz..It was all fake and made up by non speaking KHOOOO Zassss…..
. Now Sipho is actually not Sipho at all, it is a slow start of the s. Slowwwww start with a bit of zeee…. So you spell it: ( you have a pull away….a turbo then nitros then brakes but not abs. Ok so its : S S ssssssssss and then it starts building up a little zzeee then turbo kicks in EEEEEEEEEEEE .( ……then with Nitro’s “PO”!!- ooo. p….and slowly going into silence with a hhhhuhhhh….
So I also managed at a very young age to do the magic….I started with a slow start ..ssss..kicked into turbo ZEEEEEEE AND I HIT THE NITRooo AND!!!!!!THATS WHEN I had MY!!BREAKTHROUGH!!!!!!! I MANAGED TO BREAK THE SOUND BARRIER!!!!!!!!!! So it started in the far distance with a s….soft s….ssss and came pass and zzzeeeeiiii over to ZEEEEEEE and with the sure extreme zeeeeu foria.. I MANAGED TO RAMP THE O ( pop) and ended with a uhhhhhhhhh h hh…..and I followed through…slowly losing speed and as it began I faded into the silence. WHHHAAAAAAAT A EXPERIENCE!WOW!!!!
RaaaIT. . so just as a word was said I figured out the correct spelling as well. I pronounced it the way it should be spelled.. it. Slow start…..build up…soft….thennnn….its all in the PO hhhh uhhh..then slowly fading into silence …
Yes I know!! I know… I was just as shocked as you are!!and I am still very very intrigue by that moment of great brilliance, which I had when I was a small lad… breaking the language barrier. .
I managed to discover a mind blowing breakthrough and you only have mind blowing breakthrough… if you are a master of a certain subject / topic etc… I still wonder if sound always travel at the same speed? Because that plays an influence …you have to master the slow soft start..to the barrier breaking…O…then fading away….One thing that I still ponder about is the measurement of sound speed, sound power …and air… doesn’t a certain tone?or the volume of a sound influence the speed? Why does soft a sound ssss …travel not as far as load powerful “O”? Is it that the sound is more “powerful”? or because of its tone ( low or high) Or just because sound , when travelling encounters the same amount of resistance by air molecules? … So do you get different speeds of sound or just maybe different power of sound?or maybe just power( loud) so if sound is soft or load it always travel at the same speed…the power just depend how much resistance it can counteract for a certain distance. Just like gravity. Weight doesn’t have any influence on the speed earths gravity pulls a object towards it. So in fact a heavy plane or light plane…doesn’t actually have any influence…that’s why it doesn’t matter if you build a Boeing or a small Kamikaze plane! Raait..? But let’s get back on track…and not to float away from the topic..

The best thing about my discovery!!! Was the fact that I was and today still can teach anyone ( you) – how to spell correct zuuu LOOOLOOOlllooolooooloo and pronounce sss s s s I I I Po . O ” .oo hh uhhhh .. in the correct manner that is.
8 years of studying and listening to the area in to the North … where Ccccccea EEp ooo O. ..h. Bought Maaaa Me loooOooo o o Di. marawenaaaaa Ma JeeeeeeEk. took me only a few minutes to teach you..and I know you are empowered by my struggle to speak nnnnnn KHOOOO zhaaaaaAA…
This was a life changing event for me at my young clever age of 8 . . For example if you are now in a situation and two Zholo sss or … k oooo ” O” ZhHaaaa ßsss … or even Koi – Saaaannn have discussion…….and you wonder what are they saying….and they know ( or now, because I knew …..and because I just taught you or whoever how to speak a new language- and best is: they “think” you can’t speak their language)…well now they have something coming for them. They probably haven’t met anyone that CAN speak their language but doesn’t understand absolutely nothing!!!!I could speak it, but had not the faintest clue what I said or meant. How unique was or is my now yours newly found talents?
Now …to get back to our uneasy situation….what you do is: stand there , get a firm standing position…, or stand there ..relax..arms to your side…Looking at them..as they would go on about a topic..and then you must make sure they hear what you have to say ( usually very important) and do what I do….i will go: maaaaa WAP WAP WAAAP I i I i iiii eeeeeOO bIb BOb ooo ” O” .oooooooo woooOoooowaaa A….and then..just like that….silence.
They looking at me…me looking at them.( I took out some big guns there.).. I could sense the eary feeling in the atmosphere..and they as well....
And THATS !! WHAT makes it so great!you can speak it but never have the faintest idea what I or you just said!!!!!except for them…
I always! ALWAYS seem to shock them with what ever I had to say to them for them or about something…. And not to mention they looked at me in a different way. Completely.
That was my link to understand the whole language culture theory. With that conclusion, you can say, you and me , and us and them might break the culture barrier as well. So that’s why I exercised my talent to perfection and now master it. They saw that this young man can speak kk “O” ZAAAA…and any other language fluently ….keeping my focus on the correct spelling > to the relationship of the pronouncement of their words and names. mmmm PHe E di iiiiii…is also one of my favourite languages.
So..my grandfather was also seen, as I was >as a friendly white man. What a honor.

It is a pleasure to have you here and a well-known Dr in all African languages to assist me to understand also the other people that speak and pronounce plus spel Kh O zaaaa …in the correct manner as I do…
